POLICIES • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. • no call/no shows will result in 100% charge of the service booked • There is a 15 minute grace period, once that time has past your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service booked • I do not offer refunds, but I will gladly fix anything within the first 48 hours from your appointment • Fills are booked 2-3 weeks from the previous appointment, anything booked after will be considered a full set
